Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to solve complex technical problems encountered by customers, and coordinate with them;
• Collect technical training needs, and provide training programs;
• Manage the company’s new products and software, and take charge of training the company’s products;
• Conduct product testing and release records;
• Responsible for instrument maintenance.
Requirements:
• 3 years of working experience in surveying and mapping;
• Work actively, and have a good sense of service;
• Fluency in English spoken and written.

Country Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand the customer base in the field of high precision GNSS & software-related project or customized solution in the German market
• Collaborating with sales coordinator to build and maintain rapport with the local sales channel and execute a sales goal for the region
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
• Contacting customers, making quotations, participating in business negotiations, receiving customers’ visit and signing contracts
• Participate in market research and forecast and assist Country Director to make & implement the sales plan
